MARKETING ASSOCIATE

- Pursue a professional marketing research all over the world .
- Enter client order information into Access database, monitor order status and make changes as needed;
- Contact Tour operators and travel agents by telephone, fax and/or e-mail to make clients' reservations
and promotion;
- Prepare and print clients' vouchers and assemble into packages to be shipped to destination;
- "Must have" customer service skills: Previous experience responding to high volume information request via e-mail, fax and phone; friendly personality, well organized work habits and client-satisfaction focus.
- Additional "must have" skills: Familiarity with organizational and
grass root marketing , strong attention to detail and enjoy handling multiple projects.
- Valuable pluses: used to office setting, team work ; interested in and enjoy art and
travel; previous travel to Middle east and Iran.
