TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* The information shown is a selection of trains routes between your two requested cities. The fares shown are for single tickets, valid for a single journey.
* In providing customers with rail tickets, PersiaTours must factor in the additional costs involved with: any pre-booking fees charged by the suppliers in addition to the nominal cost of the ticket [and not printed on the ticket face value]; maintenance of an up-to-date schedule of train routes; customer service; administrative order processing; and Euro/US$ exchange rate fluctuations. Depending on the source, pre-purchase complexity and the type of rail ticket, PersiaTours's cost for tickets may consequently be up to 20% higher than the face value of the ticket.
* PersiaTours TM offers train ticketing service on all domestic and international trains with at least one stop in iran -- and for all sleepers [Wagon-Lits] and couchettes. Trains require the mandatory purchase of the ticket and of the seat reservation [or sleeper, or couchette]. The tickets are not restricted to a specific date or time of travel, while seat reservation (s) are, since they refer to seats on a specific train, date and time.
* Train schedules and fares are subject to change. Fares and departure times will be confirmed upon purchase.
* Cancellations and Refunds: No cancellations or refunds for all train tickets.
Seating: All high-speed trains are exclusively non-smoking.
Timings: Train schedules are meant only as a guide and should be reconfirmed at time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to departure.
Lost Tickets and Passes: PersiaTours TM is not responsible for passes, tickets or vouchers which are lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed. Refunds will not be granted in such cases .
Advance Booking: Your reservation should be made at least 15 day prior to your departure. PersiaTours TM will do its best to process rush orders but is not responsible for delivery delays or otherwise. An additional overnight delivery charge will be applied in such cases. Your order must include your date of departure from your country.
Responsibility and Liability:
1. ITC acts only as a booking agent and is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, death, injury, delay, inconvenience or irregularity caused by any vehicle defect or through the negligence, misconduct, strikes or other acts, defaults of omissions of any carrier.
2. All bookings are subject to the conditions, tariffs and regulations imposed by the rail firms concerned.
3. PersiaTours TM reserves the right to revise pricing without notice
